How do I request a custom chandelier quote?

Send the product link or CAD drawing, target dimensions, room and ceiling measurements, installation photographs, preferred material and finish, U.S. electrical requirements, quantity, and deadline. We confirm the specifications, price, and product-specific schedule in writing before payment.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard, non-custom orders: approximately 7 calendar days to prepare, then 21–30 calendar days in transit. Allow approximately 28–37 calendar days total. Oversized, non-custom orders requiring curbside freight delivery: approximately 7 calendar days to prepare, then 45 calendar days in transit. Allow approximately 52 calendar days total. Is shipping free, and are import duties included?

Free shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states includes export and U.S. import customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes. Applicable U.S. sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
