How do I request a custom chandelier quote?

Send the product link or CAD drawing, target dimensions, room and ceiling measurements, installation photographs, preferred material and finish, U.S. electrical requirements, quantity, and deadline. We confirm the specifications, price, and product-specific schedule in writing before payment.

How long does standard delivery take?

The estimated total delivery time for standard non-custom orders is 14–21 business days, including preparation and transportation. Custom product schedules vary by item; contact customer service before ordering for a written estimate.

Is shipping free, and are import duties included?

Standard online orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states include free shipping on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and import taxes are included. State or local sales tax, when required, is calculated separately at checkout.
