Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between the customer and TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司), the operator of Tianguang Chandeliers and https://tianguangchandeliers.com, and govern use of the website, product purchases, payments, delivery, returns, and customer support.

Tianguang Chandeliers is operated by TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED (天光跨境電子商務有限公司), Hong Kong business registration number 80039146-000-03-26-4.

Registered trading, contracting, and administrative office: Unit 98 of Factory A, 1/F, Union Hing Yip Factory Building, No.20 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. This is not our warehouse, shipping origin, or return address.

Office, factory coordination, fulfillment, shipping origin, and approved return handling: Room 595, Hongyu Youth Apartment, Lighting Four Seasons Plaza, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

Product information and installation

We work to keep titles, images, dimensions, materials, finishes, electrical specifications, prices, and availability accurate. Natural materials, handmade finishes, screens, and production batches may cause reasonable variation. Lighting should be installed by a qualified professional according to local codes and product instructions.

Orders and billing

Online purchases are one-time purchases. Tianguang Chandeliers does not enroll customers in subscriptions, automatic reordering, or recurring billing unless a separate service is expressly offered and accepted in writing.

Custom orders

Some customized products require consultation before ordering because production lead times vary by product. Contact customer service to confirm the specifications, total price, and estimated completion time in writing. Custom feasibility, drawings, specifications, total price, deposit, estimated completion time, and return eligibility must be approved in writing before payment. Custom projects normally begin with a 35% deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipment.

Shipping

Eligible standard non-custom orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states receive free standard delivery with no minimum and an estimated total delivery time of 14–21 business days. Washington, DC, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are not included in this standard online service.

Returns, refunds, and warranty

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be requested for return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Returns are by mail only and require written authorization. Approved returns have no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection or written approval. Eligible manufacturing defects receive a 2-year limited warranty under normal use.
