This policy summarizes our current shipping approach. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to product availability, customization, carrier conditions, customs checks, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Coverage
We currently support shipping to the contiguous United States, meaning the 48 connected U.S. states. At this time, we generally do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or international destinations through standard checkout.
Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping may be available for eligible orders to the contiguous United States. Eligibility may depend on product type, delivery address, order configuration, and shipping method.
Processing Time
Standard in-stock items are typically prepared in about 1 week before dispatch. Custom or made-to-order items may require about 3-4 weeks before dispatch depending on size, finish, complexity, and production schedule.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery after dispatch usually uses tracked door-to-door sea freight and is commonly estimated at about 3-4 weeks. Paid expedited air freight may be available for certain urgent orders and is typically estimated at about 1 week after dispatch.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch. Some freight updates may appear less frequently during long-distance or sea freight transit.
Damage Or Missing Items
Please inspect your package promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package, product, label, and damaged area.
