It explains the applicable delivery area, preparation and transit estimates, shipping costs, customs handling, and order-specific exceptions.

Where we deliver

Online checkout is currently available only for eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and international destinations are not included in this standard online service.

Free standard delivery

Every eligible online order receives free standard door-to-door delivery to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. There is no minimum purchase amount.

Estimated total delivery time: 14–21 business days

For standard non-custom orders, the estimated total delivery time is 14–21 business days. This single estimate includes order preparation and transportation to the customer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Custom and made-to-order timing

Production and delivery timing for custom and made-to-order products varies by product, specifications, size, materials, and delivery requirements. Please contact customer service before ordering to confirm the estimated production and delivery schedule in writing.

Made-to-order cancellation terms apply. A cancellation request submitted after specification approval or production has started is subject to review and is not guaranteed; documented work, materials, payment-processing costs, or other non-recoverable costs already incurred may affect the refundable amount where permitted by law. This does not limit remedies for a verified defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item. If an existing product is temporarily unavailable but can still be ordered, it must be identified as backordered and shown with an estimated availability date before purchase.

The applicable custom specifications, price, deposit, estimated completion time, and return eligibility must be accepted in writing before payment. Custom projects normally begin with a 35% deposit after written approval, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Why orders ship from Zhongshan, Guangdong

Our lighting office, factory coordination, quality-control, customization, fulfillment, shipping, and approved return operations are located in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. TIANGUANG CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE LIMITED is our Hong Kong registered trading, contracting, and administrative company; the Hong Kong registered office is not a warehouse, shipping origin, or return address.

Free shipping with customs clearance and import duties included (DDP)

Eligible standard orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states receive free shipping on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Tianguang Chandeliers arranges export customs clearance and U.S. import customs clearance and pays the applicable import duties and import taxes for this standard service. Customers will not be asked to pay a separate customs-broker fee, import duty, or import tax when the order is delivered.

Applicable U.S. state or local sales tax is separate from import duties and is calculated and displayed during checkout when required by law.

Tracking and delivery

We provide tracking or delivery-status information when it becomes available. Oversized or fragile orders may require a delivery appointment, signature, freight handoff, or local-carrier coordination. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, reachable phone number, and safe delivery access.

Freight / LTL and curbside delivery

Standard Freight Shipping includes Curbside Delivery with Liftgate Service (unloading to ground level at your driveway/curb). Freight drivers are not authorized to carry items into your residence.

Oversized chandelier configurations, large floor lamps, and other bulky or fragile products may require Freight/LTL truck delivery. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You are responsible for providing safe truck access and arranging the people or equipment needed to move the shipment from the curb or driveway into the residence. Inside delivery, white-glove service, stairs, storage, re-delivery, and other non-standard services are not included unless quoted and accepted in writing before payment or shipment.

Sales tax and no hidden checkout fees

Product prices shown on the website do not include applicable state or local sales tax unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Shopify calculates and displays any sales tax required for the delivery address during checkout. We do not add a handling fee or packaging fee at the final checkout step. Any optional expedited shipping, special freight service, remote-area surcharge, storage, re-delivery, or other exceptional charge must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment or shipment. The total displayed immediately before order submission is the amount charged by this store, excluding any separate currency-conversion or card-issuer fee imposed by the customer’s payment provider.

Damage or delivery issues

Please report visible shipping damage within 48 hours so we can act quickly. Include the order number and clear photos or video of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage. This reporting request does not shorten the 30-day return-request window described in our Return and Refund Policy.
