Return Window
Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and complete with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products, unless damaged, defective, or materially different from confirmed specifications.
- Items that have been installed, used, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing components.
- Clearance, final-sale, or specially marked non-returnable items where applicable.
Damage Or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or materially different from confirmed specifications, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
