Tianguang Chandeliers provides a 2-year limited warranty from the confirmed delivery date for eligible manufacturing defects under normal use.

Covered issues

Verified manufacturing defects in covered fixture parts.
Verified electrical-component defects under normal use.
Verified product-quality issues that prevent safe or intended use.

Not covered

Incorrect installation, wiring, assembly, mounting, or unauthorized modification.
Misuse, accidents, impact, improper cleaning, environmental damage, or use outside the stated rating.
Normal wear, finish aging, handmade variation, natural-material variation, or cosmetic preference changes.
Bulbs, batteries, and consumable parts unless the product page states otherwise.

How to request service

Send your order number, product name, installation date, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. If approved, the remedy may include parts, repair guidance, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
