What we need for custom lighting:

Dimensions – Size (length, width, height/diameter)
Style & Design – Preferred style, reference images, CAD files or sketches
Material & Finish – Material type and surface finish
Color Temperature – Kelvin (3000K/4000K/6000K, etc.); free when technically compatible
Voltage – U.S. 110–120V configuration
Mounting Type – Ceiling, pendant, recessed, wall-mounted, etc. (Professional electrician installation required)
Application – Indoor / outdoor, residential / commercial
Quantity – Order quantity
Timeline – Standard, non-custom orders: approximately 7 calendar days to prepare, then 21–30 calendar days in transit. Allow approximately 28–37 calendar days total. Oversized, non-custom orders requiring curbside freight delivery: approximately 7 calendar days to prepare, then 45 calendar days in transit. Allow approximately 52 calendar days total. For custom production time and delivery details, contact customer service. Our team will reply after reviewing your message and discuss your requirements with you.

Warranty and Installation Guides

Before installation

Check the product page for fixture size, canopy size, hanging length, bulb type, voltage notes, and whether the chandelier is hardwired. Measure the ceiling height, table or room width, and clearance below the fixture before scheduling installation.

Installation guidance

Most chandeliers are hardwired fixtures and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Large chandeliers, tiered crystal fixtures, stairwell lights, and heavy designs may require ceiling support review before installation. Keep all parts organized and confirm the fixture is complete before mounting.

2-year limited warranty

Eligible manufacturing defects under normal use receive a 2-year limited warranty from confirmed delivery. For full coverage, exclusions, and claim instructions, review our Warranty Service page.

Care notes

Turn power off before cleaning. Use a soft dry cloth unless the product guide says otherwise. Natural materials such as alabaster, wood, rattan, and bamboo may show reasonable tone or texture variation.
