Refund Policy

Eligible unused and uninstalled items may be considered for return within 30 days of delivery unless a product page, written project quote, or custom order confirmation states otherwise.

Custom-made, modified, installed, used, clearance, final sale, and project-quoted items may not be eligible for return. Return eligibility must be confirmed by Tianguang Light before an item is sent back.

Returned items must be in original condition with original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation. Customers may be responsible for return shipping and any carrier charges unless the return is due to an approved product issue.

To request review, email support@tianguanglight.com with the order number, product link, reason for return, and photos where applicable.
