U.S. standard & custom options
Standard U.S. configuration. Unless the product page states otherwise, U.S. orders are prepared for 110–120V, 60Hz and hardwired installation. Where a light source is supplied and no other option is selected, the default color temperature is 3000K warm white.
Replaceable-bulb models retain the socket designed for the fixture: E26 for standard medium-base designs, E12 for candelabra-style chandeliers, and G4 or G9 where specified. Integrated LED fixtures retain their matched driver and light source. Bulbs are included only when the product page states that they are included.
Customization is available before production. We can review size, finish, hanging length, material, canopy, voltage, socket, color temperature, dimming, light output, and quantity. A different fixed color temperature can be requested before production. Adjustable color temperature is a separate control configuration. Contact customer service before ordering to confirm the specification, total price, and estimated completion and delivery schedule in writing.
Custom projects may begin with a 35% deposit after drawings and specifications are approved. We provide a finished-product video before shipment, and requested changes are reviewed before dispatch. Send the product link or CAD drawing, room dimensions, ceiling height, installation photos, target size, finish, electrical details, quantity, and deadline.
Warranty support
Eligible manufacturing defects receive two-year limited warranty support under normal use. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician and supported by a suitable junction box and ceiling structure.
Inspect all cartons and parts before installation. For damage, defects, or missing parts, contact us promptly with the order number plus clear photographs or video.
Returns
Return or exchange requests for defective and non-defective items may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete unless the request concerns verified damage, defect, or an incorrect item. Contact support with the order number and clear photos or video before returning anything.
Returns are by mail only and require written authorization. Approved returns have no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection or written approval. For an approved non-quality custom return or exchange after shipment, the customer is responsible for return freight unless our written agreement states otherwise.
